Just tell us what you would like an avatar for and the text you wish to be added to it and we will create you a avatar to use on your forums. Use it on forums, on your web site. If you wish to use the avatar in print form (on business cards, stationery, etc.) you must pay a commercial use fee. You may not sale or redistribute the graphic. We retain copyright to all our graphics. If you wish to use the graphic on materials you resale you need to pay the commercial use fee.

NOTE: Upon receiving your order we will send you an email asking you a few things about the avatar. You can cut down on time by including your instructions in the COMMENTS section of the order form. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours please emal us as sometime email gets lost on some email programs mistake the email for spam and put it in your trash, bulk folder.

FAQs:

1.) What happens after I place my order?
You will receive an email from us asking you a few questions about your business, and in the case of caricature logos we ask you to send us a head shot of yourself and some history about your business. We will then create your logo and send you a proof to approve.

2.) What is your Turnaround Time for creating logos?
We strive to have logos completed in 3-7 business days. If business is heavy we will inform you upfront and give you a expected completion date and offer you a chance to cancel your order. If you agree to have us do the work then our normal refund policy applied (see # 3 below).

3.) Do you offer a refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with our 1st design we will revise it 1 time. If you still are not satisfied we will glady refund your payment minus a small $10 fee to cover our time and effort. Your request for a refund must be "BEFORE" you take possession of the logo. Once you have approved the logo no refund will be given.  If you place an order for work and we are not able to do the job we will refund your payment in full.

4.) How do we request a refund?
Simply email us after the 2nd revision letting us know you are not satisfied with the design and we will refund your payment minus $10 for time and labor. If you approve the design and then change your mind there is no refund option.
