Conditions of Use

TURNAROUND TIME: Our normal processing time is 3-5 business days (mon-fri). This will depend on our work load and the complexity of the design being printed. If we find your job may be beyond those timeframes we will contact you before processing. you order to give you the option to go forward or cancel your order. We try to review all orders within 24 hours and contact you if we find problems, have questions, etc. with an order.

PAYMENT METHODS:

We accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER or you can pay using a bank account/company check all through PAYPAL.

CUSTOMER SERVICE QUESTIONS:

The best way to reach us is via email as we check it all throughout the day. We will answer you email within 24 hours (Monday - Friday.)

Our goal is to provide quality service, in a speedy fashion and as economically priced as possible therefore we do not devote a secretary to answer just phone calls instead we utilize ALL our staff to printing duties. Therefore if you call us and do not get a representative please leave a detailed message and we will return your call with the information you request within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). STANDARD PRINT SIZE:

If we are creating a custom design for you our pricing is based on a printing size of no larger than 11" wide x 11" tall although we have the capacity to print up to 14" x 16" all. If you need a size beyond these dimensions please contact us via email for pricing and other directions.

FILE FORMAT NOT ACCEPTED:

We do not accept files in the following formats as they To not produce a high enough quality art to use or are difficult to convert to a usable format we can print from:

• Adobe Pagemaker
• Microsoft products such as;
• Microsft Excel
• Microsoft Powerpoint
• Microsoft Publisher
• Microsoft Word
• Quark Xpress

FILE SPECIFICATIONS:

• * Designs must be at least 300 dpi
• * RGB Color Format
• * Actual Size you want printed (this means if you want the design 11" wide x 11" tall you must provide the design to us that size)

COLOR MATCHING:

We print garment items using a digital printing process which is great when you do no require exact color matching. If your job requires exact color matching you should consider a vendor that offers "screenprinting".

WHITE INK PRINTING:

We use 2 digitial printing method;

1.) Direct to garment
when we use this method we are not able to print "white ink" therefore any areas in your design will display the color of the shirt we are printing on. You are usually limited to white or light colors if using multiple ink colors. Or if using a dark color you are limited to just dark inks. The ink colors used in your design must be "darker than the shirt". That means if you want a forest green shirt you can't print "yellow on it" but you can print "black".

2.) Commercial Heat Applied Films
With this method we print directly to commerical quality vinyl materials then the design is fused onto the garment. This design process is printed with eco friendly inks and the prints will not fade or run. Your design can go on any shirt color you desire.

RIGHT TO ACCEPT, REJECT, ETC. CERTAIN ORDERS;

Policy For Accepting/Rejecting Image Submissions While Promo Tees and Designs welcomes the opportunity to service the public we reserves the right to not accept certain works. Below is a detailed list our policies on things we do not print we also reserve the right to not print things we deem to be generally offensive, in bad taste, etc. that are not listed below.

• NO DOWNLOADED CONTENT FROM OFF THE WEB
• NO CELEBRITY, FAMOUS PERSON OR OTHER UNOFFICIAL MERCHANDISE (e.g. images of bands, musicians, sports teams, atheletes, etc. without their written permission even if the items are for a fan club.
• NO TAGLINES FROM TRADEMARKED ITEMS (e.g., Got Milk?, I Love New York, The Rock, etc.
• NO PHOTOS OR LIKENESS OF FAMOUS PEOPLE (e.g., pictures of Miley Cyrus, Angelina Jolie, The Jonas Brothers, Sponge Bob, etc.)
• NO LOGOS OR NAME OF ORGANIZATIONS OR COMPANIES (e.g., Dallas Cowboys, Winnie The Pooh,Gucci, Sean John, Pepsi, etc.)
• NO ALTERED OR MANIPULATED CONTENT (e.g., a design you have created using a company's trademarked symbol or their logo as the basis)
• NO IMAGES, MARKS OR PICTURES OF KNOWN COPYRIGHTS (e.g., Winnine The Pooh, Sponge Bob, Dora The Explorer, Bratz, etc.)
• NO PROFANITY, VULGAR, THREATENING, DEFAMING SPEECH OR SEXUALLY EXPLICIT CONTENT
• NO OCCULT, WITCHCRAFT, ASTROLOGICAL OR RELATED SUBJECT MATTER
• NO CONTENT THAT PROMOTES ILLEGAL DRUGS OR PRACTICES
• NO CONTENT THAT PROMOTES HATE OR RACE SPEECH (e.g., Use of marks signifying hate towards another group of people or marks used by groups that are known to promote hate.)
• LEGALITIES: While we make every effort not to print work that is copyrighted or trademark protected we cannot always be sure what clients submit is legal. Therefore you agree by submitting work to us that you are the rightful owner of the work, have permission to reproduce the work and/or agree to take full "LEGAL" responsibility for any problems that may arise from us printing an item for you. You also agree to "pay any and all" legal and attorney fees associated with us defending ourselves against any work you submit that you were not entitled to use due to it being owned by another copyright holder.
