RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
All Sales are Final for items that have been personalized by us for you or that you've designed yourself using our "U Design It" Design Studio because they were made especially for you and are therefore NOT RESELLABLE. So, PLEASE CHECK and make sure you have the correct size(s), correct spelling of name(s), word(s), etc. before placing your order.
We are not responsible for misspellings, omissions, errors in art work you submit to us, wrong sizes, etc. caused by you in the creation of your product however as a courtesy we are willing to reprint the item for a small fee instead of you having to "purchase the item at full price again". You will have to return the original item along with the fee + return shipping. Email us at promotees@promotees.com for the fee which is based on what type of personalized product you ordered.
To avoid errors, typos, etc. on our part we do not 're-type or edit' your text. Instead we 'COPY and PASTE' it directly from your order form so that your item gets created "exactly as you typed it". Therefore, claims made that we 'misspellings' something on your item will be compared against your order form before any exchange/replacement will be made. If we find that the error was on our part we will be happy to replace/exchange the item for you at no charge. You will be required to return the item that had the error on it and we will refund you for the return shipping.
We make every effort to produce the highest quality finished product. All items we produce are inspected for flaws, tears, etc. before being shipped to avoid any error in workmanship. However we realize that on rare occasions a problem may arise and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
To report problems with an order you must:
1.) Contact us at rma_requests@promotees.com within 5 days of receiving your package to request a RMA # or you may call us at; 540-785-7585.
2.) Write the RMA # on the outside of package and on any correspondence you include in your package.
3.) Mail package back to us within 5 days or receiving the RMA #. If you are exchanging items you must include proper postage for shipping the replacement items. You will be notified of this amount when you are assigned an RMA#. We suggest you insure your package as we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.
NOTE: Under NO circumstance will items be accepted for replacement/exchange that are received at our office on or after 20 days from the DATE we first shipped the ITEM to you since you should have had plenty of time to receive the package, inspect it, etc. Any product returned to us without an RMA# will be refused.
